The Mystic Seaport was host to approximately 100 wooden boats of all shapes and sized. If you enjoy history or wooden boats this was the place to be from June 28-30, 2019.
Not only could you visit the Seaport which offers a look back at life in the earlier simpler times when sailing ships roamed the seas it was also a day to see what creative designers and modern day woodsmen are currently doing with wood products.
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect to stroll around the various booths and exhibits. There were many classic vessels at the docks to admire.
